摘要：目的 观察分析妊娠期高血压综合征选择硫酸镁和酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平片治疗方案的临床效果。方法 筛选2019年11月-2020年12月本院接受治疗妊娠期高血压综合征患者90例开展研究，依据治疗方案不同进行分组。单独应用硫酸镁治疗纳入对照组，联合用药治疗纳入观察组，回顾性分析两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压以及尿蛋白指标优于对照组，妊娠并发症发生率低于对照（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠期高血压综合征选择硫酸镁和酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平片治疗方案，可强化血压水平控制效果，降低相关并发症发生率，应用效果理想值得推荐。

[Abstract]Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and phentolamine combined with nifedipine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods from November 2019 to December 2020，90 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes. Magnesium sulfate treatment alone was included in the control group，combined treatment was included in the observation group，and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was retrospectively analyzed. Results after treatment，the systolic blood pressure，diastolic blood pressure and urinary protein indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group，and the incidence of pregnancy complications was lower than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion magnesium sulfate and phentolamine combined with nifedipine tablets in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome can strengthen the effect of blood pressure control and reduce the incidence of related complications. The application effect is ideal，which is worthy of recommendation.

妊娠高血壓综合征（后简称妊高症）属于妊娠阶段内特发的一种疾病类型，通常发生于妊娠20周以后，现阶段，受多种因素影响发生率显著提升【1】。疾病发生后孕妇血压长期处于高水平，会严重影响或损伤脏器宫内，诱发水肿、抽搐、昏迷等症状，甚至会对妊娠解决和母婴健康产生不利影响。规范产检早期发现疾病给予及时有效的治疗及控制，有助于改善母婴结局。可通过控制血压、解痉、利尿及扩容等实现治疗目的【2】。硫酸镁为临床常用药物，但是单独使用无法获得确切效果，为提升治疗有效性，改善妊娠结局，本次研究中选择硫酸镁和酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平片治疗方案治疗妊高症，并对其治疗效果进行观察分析，为疾病临床治疗提供可靠依据。……
