摘要：目的  分析渴络欣胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利片治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察。方法 选取本院2020年2月到2020年11月期间收治的128例糖尿病肾病患者进行研究，根据所使用的治疗药物不同把其分成观察B组和对照A组，各64例，对照A组使用盐酸贝那普利片进行治疗，观察B组使用渴络欣胶囊联合盐酸贝那普利片进行治疗，并对两组的血清水平和治疗总有效率进行比较。结果 观察B组Hcy、IL-6水平显著的比对照A组的低，治疗总有效率显著的高于对照A组，两组存在较大差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床中对糖尿病肾病患者进行治疗的过程中，使用渴络欣胶囊和盐酸贝那普利片两种药物共同治疗，能够显著的改善患者的血清水平，能够收获更好的治疗效果，值得在临床上进行大范围的推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the curative effect of keluoxin capsule combined with benazepril hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy 。Methods 128 patients with diabetic nephropathy in our hospital from February 2020 to November 2020 were selected and divided into observation group B and control group A according to the different drugs used，64 cases in each group. The control group A was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets，and the observation group B was treated with keluoxin capsule combined with Benazepril hydrochloride tablets，The serum level and total effective rate of the two groups were compared. Results the levels of Hcy and IL-6 in group B were significantly lower than those in group A，and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in group A. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P < 0.05）. Conclusion in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy，the use of keluoxin capsule and benazepril hydrochloride tablets can significantly improve the serum level of patients，and can harvest better therapeutic effect，which is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinic.

糖尿病腎病在临床中的主要症状是蛋白尿，患者长时间保持在血糖高、血流动力学异常、免疫炎性反应的状态，这样的一种状态对患者的肾脏内微循环有着不良影响，导致肾小球滤过膜出现通透性增加的问题，在机体上的反应为水肿、高血压等【1-2】。盐酸贝那普利片是一种常见性的血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂，具有对血管阻力进一步降低、对血浆肾素活性进一步增高、对醛固酮分泌进一步减少、对抑制缓激肽降解进一步提高的作用，能够有效的降低血管阻力，最终达到降低血压的目的【3】。渴络欣胶囊的主要组成成分是水蛭、女贞子、太子参、枸杞等，能够起到活血化瘀、益气养阴的作用【4】。……
