摘要：目的 分析2型糖尿病患者的延伸护理服务与患者血糖控制效果。方法 选取本院96例2型糖尿病患者开展本次研究，时间2020年03月-2021年03月，随机将其均分为对照组48例和观察组48例，分别给予常规护理和延伸护理服务，比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组的血糖指标和护理满意度均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 给予2型糖尿病患者延伸护理服务能够有效控制患者血糖水平，提升护理质量，具有推广价值。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the extended nursing service and the effect of blood glucose control of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 96 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected to carry out this study. The study was conducted from March 2020 to March 2021. The patients were randomly divided into 48 control group and 48 observation group，and routine nursing and extended nursing service were given respectively，and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results the blood glucose index and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion extended nursing service can effectively control blood glucose level and improve nursing quality of type 2 diabetes patients，which has the value of promotion.

在社會生活水平提升、人口老龄化趋势加重等因素影响下，糖尿病的每年新增例数逐年增加，成为影响到人们身体健康水平的第3大杀手，糖尿病患者的病程长，需要护士、医生和患者的共同配合，才能够提升患者的血糖控制效果，才能够提升患者的生活质量【1】。为2型糖尿病患者展开个性化、延续化临床护理，不仅仅能够预防患者出现并发症，同时可以减轻患者的家庭负担，提升患者的身心健康水平【2】。本次研究以2型糖尿病患者为对象，分析延伸护理服务的应用效果。

1  资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选取本院96例2型糖尿病患者开展本次研究，时间2020年03月-2021年03月，随机将其均分为对照组48例和观察组48例。对照组男25例，女23例，平均年龄（58.18±5.89）岁;观察组男26例，女22例，平均年龄（58.76±5.13）岁。两组一般资料（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2方法

1.2.1对照组

该组患者给予常规护理：监测患者血糖变化情况，给予患者基础健康宣教和饮食指导等。
