摘要：目的 分析在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法 本次研究于2019年5月-2020年5月本院收治的乳腺癌患者中随机抽取82例进行，按照患者住院的时间均分，两组各41例。其中，通过传统模式进行护理的为参照组，给予优质护理服务的为研究组，比较护理工作的效果。结果 对比两组治疗前患者的心理状态评分无差异（P>0.05），护理后均上升，且研究组更高，结果有显著差异（P<0.05）。护理后患者出现并发症的几率，研究组明显更低，结果有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论 在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中应用优质护理服务，能够在很大程度上帮助患者建立积极健康的心态，并减少出现并发症的几率，提高治疗的效果，有应用价值。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing service in the operation room of breast cancer patients. Methods 82 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from May 2019 to may 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the length of hospital stay，41 cases in each group. Among them，the traditional mode of care for the reference group，given high-quality nursing services for the study group，compared the effect of nursing work. Results there was no difference in the psychological state score between the two groups before treatment（P > 0.05），but it increased after nursing，and the research group was higher，with significant difference（P < 0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the application of high-quality nursing service in the operation room of breast cancer patients can help patients to establish a positive and healthy attitude，reduce the probability of complications，improve the effect of treatment，and has application value.

乳腺癌是女性健康的一大杀手，会对患者的身心健康造成不良影响，严重的会威胁患者生命安全，需要尽早进行积极的治疗【1】。手术是治疗乳腺癌的主要措施之一，但在手术前后，患者容易出现紧张、恐惧、自卑等情绪，导致术后并发症的发生几率明显增加，影响患者的恢复【2】。为提高治疗的有效性，促进患者预后，需要加强对手术室护理工作的重视。鉴于此，本次研究主要分析优质护理用于乳腺癌手术室护理的效果。內容如下。

1 资料和方法
