摘要：目的 分析老年高血压护理干预对其用药管理效果的影响。方法 纳入本院2019年05月-2021年01月的60例老年高血压患者展开研究，并分为观察組和参照组，分别展开用药管理和常规干预，观察应用效果。结果 比较两组的用药管理水平评分，观察组较高;且观察组的血压水平低于参照组，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 对于高血压患者，用药管理不仅可以使患者的血压水平获得有效控制，还可以提高患者的用药依从性，效果明显。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on medication management in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were included and divided into observation group and reference group. Drug administration and routine intervention were carried out respectively to observe the application effect. Results the score of medication management level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;And the blood pressure level of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group，the difference was significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion for patients with hypertension，medication management can not only effectively control the blood pressure level of patients，but also improve the medication compliance of patients with obvious effect.

高血压在临床中有着较高发病率，因为患者年龄较高，记忆力减退，其自我管理能力相对较低，临床用药期间很容易产生用药剂量错误以及漏服等现象，所以会对治疗效果产生不利影响，因此为了进一步提高用药管理成效，给予患者相应的护理干预就显得极为必要【1】。本文主要分析老年高血压护理干预对其用药管理效果的影响，见下文。

1  资料和方法

1.1.一般资料

纳入本院2019年05月-2021年01月的60例老年高血压患者展开研究，每组30例，参照组男性18例，女性12例，中位年龄为（70.12±1.20）岁，观察组男性19例，女性11例，中位年龄为（70.35±1.21）岁。比较两组一般资料无明显差异（P>0.05）。所有患者均确诊为高血压;参与研究的患者均有着较高的依从性和耐受性。排除合并其他脏器功能损伤患者;排除存在药物过敏史以及严重精神疾病患者;排除临床基本信息欠缺患者。

1.2方法

1.2.1参照组

该组实行常规护理。护理人员要为患者讲述药物的用法用量、时间、注意事项以及可能会产生的不良反应等，纠正其错误认知。……
