摘要：目的 探讨舒适护理应用于阑尾炎手术护理中的效果及满意度影响。方法 2019年5月-2020年9月收治的阑尾炎手术患者82例纳入研究，用随机数字表法分两组，各41例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上运用舒适护理，对比效果及满意度。结果 观察组术后留观时间和不良反应发生率均少于对照组（P<0.05），术中生理舒适度、手术配合度评分优于对照组（P<0.05），观察组的总体护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 舒适护理运用于阑尾炎手术患者护理中，能够缩短留观时间，提高生理舒适度和配合度，减少不良反应，护理满意度更高。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect and satisfaction of comfortable nursing in appendicitis surgery. Methods 82 cases of appendicitis patients from May 2019 to September 2020 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into two groups，41 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given comfort nursing on this basis. The effect and satisfaction were compared. Results the postoperative observation time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were less than those in the control group（P < 0.05），the scores of intraoperative physiological comfort and operation cooperation in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P < 0.05），and the overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion comfortable nursing applied in the nursing of patients with appendicitis surgery can shorten the observation time，improve physiological comfort and cooperation，reduce adverse reactions，and improve nursing satisfaction.

在外科门诊当中，阑尾炎是比较常见的一种疾病，有着发病快速和变化多端的病情。对阑尾炎的治疗主要采用手术的方式，这就需要运用有效的护理措施，来提升治疗的效果【1】。舒适护理是一种比较全面的护理模式，坚持以人为本的理念，注重患者身心的舒适度。相关研究表明，对阑尾炎手术患者应用舒适护理有着较好的效果。本文对阑尾炎手术患者护理中运用的舒适护理进行了研究，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

将2019年5月-2020年9月收治的阑尾炎手术患者82例纳入研究，用随机数字表法分两组，各41例。排除。对照组男25例，女16例;年龄18-51岁，平均（33.87±4.57）岁;观察组男26例，女15例;年龄19-52岁，平均（33.92±4.61）岁。患者资料对比无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1对照组

对照组给予常规护理，主要表现在健康教育、术后输液护理等。
