摘要：目的 分析CT增强扫描过程中碘造影剂引起的不良反应，并制定有效地预防及护理措施。方法  选择本院2019年12月—2020年12月放射科接受CT增强检查90例患者作为研究对象，根据收集阶段进行分组。未实施预防及处理措施阶段收集患者纳入对照组，对本阶段工作进行总结，明确不良反应主要影响因素，制定预防及护理措施，将实施后阶段收集患者纳入观察组，对比两组不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 CT增强扫描过程中碘造影剂会引发多样化不良反应，临床中可通过制定切实有效地预防及护理措施进行控制，确保检查顺利完成。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the adverse reactions caused by iodine contrast agent in the process of enhanced CT scanning，and formulate effective prevention and nursing measures. Methods from December 2019 to December 2020，90 patients with enhanced CT examination in the Department of radiology of our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into groups according to the collection stage. The patients collected in the stage of not implementing preventive and treatment measures were included in the control group. The work of this stage was summarized，the main influencing factors of adverse reactions were identified，and preventive and nursing measures were formulated. The patients collected in the stage after implementation were included in the observation group，and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion iodine contrast agent can cause a variety of adverse reactions in the process of enhanced CT scanning，which can be controlled by formulating effective prevention and nursing measures to ensure the smooth completion of the examination.

近些年我国医疗技术和水平显著提升，大大推动CT技术的应用和发展。CT增强扫描技术的应用大大提升了疾病检查效率，更加准确的鉴别和诊断疾病。CT增强扫描时，需要将碘造影剂迅速在高压状态下注入到患者静脉中，从而对病变及非病变位置进行准确鉴别，可大大提高CT检查效果【1】。但是碘造影剂的使用极易因为药剂不适应或是注射压力等影响诱发不良反应。临床通过对工作进行总结和分析，明确碘造影剂造成不良反应的影响因素，制定预防措施并给予预防性护理，有助于控制不良反应发生【2】。本次研究将本院接受CT增强检查的患者作为研究对象，对工作进行总结，明确碘造影剂引起的不良反应的原因，并制定有效地预防及护理措施提高检查安全性，并对实施前后不良反应情况进行对比分析。……
