摘要：目的 探讨针对性护理对冠心病合并高血压老年患者血脂相关指标的影响。方法 2019年3月-2020年7月收治的冠心病合并高血压老年患者78例纳入研究，用双盲法分两组，各39例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组运用针对性护理，对比血脂相关指标。结果 观察组收缩压、舒张压、体质量指数均低于对照组，观察组健康知识掌握情况优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组血脂水平优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 针对性护理运用于冠心病合并高血压老年患者护理中，改善血压、血脂水平，更好地掌握疾病知识。

Objective to explore the effect of targeted nursing on the blood lipid related indexes of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods 78 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were treated from March 2019 to July 2020 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into two groups by double blind method，39 cases respectively. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given targeted nursing and the relevant indexes of blood lipid were compared. Results the systolic pressure，diastolic pressure and body mass index of the observation group were lower than that of the control group，and the health knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. The blood lipid level of observation group was better than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion targeted nursing is used in the nursing of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension，which can improve the blood pressure and blood lipid level and better master the knowledge of disease.

冠心病是一种缺血性心脏疾病，高血压、年龄、吸烟、血脂异常、糖尿病等都是引發冠心病的危险因素，其中高血压不仅是重要的危险因素，还是一种比较常见的心血管疾病。相关研究显示【1】，大概60%-70% 的冠心病患者会合并高血压，而高血压患者当中3%-5%的会合并冠心病，冠心病与高血压之间有着促进的作用，能够加快冠心病的发展，造成急性心肌梗死等事件。在中老年人群当中，冠心病合并高血压是比较常见和多发的疾病，而患者往往缺乏对疾病的了解，降低了治疗的依从性，影响治疗的效果，因此实施针对性护理十分的有必要。本文对冠心病合并高血压老年患者护理中运用的针对性护理进行了研究，现报告如下。

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料
