摘要：目的 研究助产士全程导乐分娩模式在产妇分娩期间发挥的价值。方法 76例入组对象均筛选自本院分娩的产妇，研究时间选取2019年1月-2020年12月，将产妇随机单盲法分组，每组38例，对照组常规护理，观察组助产护士全程导乐分娩，分析效果差异。结果 观察组出现不良事件较对照组少，第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间较对照组短，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 助产护士全程导乐分娩在产妇分娩中发挥的优势非常明显，加快产程进度，减少不良事件的出现。

Objective to study the value of midwife's whole journey guide delivery mode in parturient delivery. Methods 76 women were selected from our hospital. The study time was from January 2019 to December 2020. The random single blind method was divided into 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，and the observation group was given full guided delivery，and the difference of the effect was analyzed. Results the adverse events in the observation group were less than that of the control group，and the first，second and third labor processes were shorter than that of the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the advantages of the whole course of guided labor in parturient delivery are obvious，which can accelerate the progress of labor and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.

分娩是產妇的正常生理活动，对产妇来说影响因素比较多，包括疼痛恐惧、外界环境的变化等等，导致产妇的心理和生理都会受到影响，对分娩出现过度担忧，对正常的分娩会造成影响，甚至对自身和胎儿的安全会产生影响【1】。为此在分娩期间，需要给予产妇科学的护理，助产士全程导乐分娩应用范围比较广，给予产妇更为科学的指导，降低产妇的分娩压力，提升分娩的安全度。本课题主要探讨助产士全程导乐分娩对产妇的影响。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择本院2019年1月-2020年12月期间接收的产妇76例进行研究，随机单盲法分组，每组38例。观察组：年龄上限值为38岁，下限值为20岁，平均值为（30.2±2.1）岁。对照组：年龄上限值为37岁，下限值为21岁，平均值为（30.1±2.3）岁。纳入标准：有一定的沟通能力;产妇同意对护理效果进行观察对比，家属知情。排除标准：无沟通能力;临床资料不全。……
