摘要：目的 探讨麻黄附子细辛汤在肾病综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法 随机选取本院78例肾病综合征患者，选取时间2019年3月-2020年6月，采用系统抽样法分为对照组（39例，常规治疗）与观察组（39例，麻黄附子细辛汤治疗），对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（94.87%）比对照组（76.92%）高，差异显著（P<0.05）;24hUPE、TC、TG和Alb方面，观察组较对照组优，差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 给予肾病综合征患者麻黄附子细辛汤治疗，有助于患者临床症状及早改善，确保良好的治疗效果，值得采纳、推广。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome. Methods 78 patients with nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were randomly selected from March 2019 to June 2020. They were divided into control group（39 cases，conventional treatment）and observation group（39 cases，Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction）by systematic sampling method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the total effective rate of the observation group（94.87%）was higher than that of the control group（76.92%），the difference was significant（P < 0.05）;24 h UPE，TC，TG and ALB，the observation group was better than the control group，the difference was significant（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the treatment of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction for patients with nephrotic syndrome is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible and ensure a good therapeutic effect，which is worthy of adoption and promotion.

肾病综合征主要是因为遗传、免疫和感染等诸多因素造成的，其属于肾小球病变，具有高水肿、蛋白尿、高胆固醇等临床症状【1】。现阶段，西医在治疗肾病综合征过程中，以免疫抑制剂类药物及激素类药物为主，但是，若只采用西药治疗，长期应用激素，具有较高的副作用发生率。近年，随着中医研究的深入，同样被用于肾病综合征治疗中，本次研究主要针对麻黄附子细辛汤的应用效果进行简单阐述，具体如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 资料

本次研究78例肾病综合征患者均为本院2019年3月-2020年6月接收，分组基于系统抽样法，每组39例;对照组：男、女分别有20例与19例;年龄跨度：19-58岁，均值（31.38±2.24）岁;观察组：男、女分别有22例与17例;年龄跨度：19-57岁，均值（31.42±2.32）岁;研究资料方面，两组未见明显差异（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

1.2.1 對照组

常规治疗：强的松（批准文号：国药准字H33021207;生产厂家：浙江仙琚制药股份有限公司;规格：100片/瓶），晨起空腹服……
