摘要：目的 探索临床免疫检验质量控制中免疫分析仪的重要性。方法 本次研究于2019年1月-2020年12月在本院进行，选择免疫检验患者80例作为对象，按照随机单盲法分组，每组40例，对照组为常规检测方法，观察组在对照组基础上开展全程质量控制，分析效果。结果 观察组血清胰岛素、C肽、甲胎蛋白、Ca199与对照组相比，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 免疫分析仪在免疫检验质量控制中重要性较高，要重视质量控制，提升科学、合理的数据支持，要重视。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the importance of immunoanalyzer in the quality control of clinical immunoassay. Methods this study was carried out in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020. 80 patients with immune test were selected as the objects and divided into groups according to the random single blind method，with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional detection method，and the observation group was treated with whole process quality control on the basis of the control group，and the effect was analyzed. Results the levels of serum insulin，C-peptide，alpha fetoprotein and CA199 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion the importance of immune analyzer in the quality control of immune test is high，we should pay attention to the quality control，improve the scientific and reasonable data support，and pay attention to it.

免疫检验在诊断疾病中，起到的作用比较明显，为疾病的诊治提供有利条件，所以检验结果的准确度对其产生的影响比较明显，对临床治疗效果产生影响【1】。免疫分析仪在临床诊断中，应用比较广，不需要进行手工操作，实现操作的机械化，降低工作人员的负担，减小误差的出现，对检验质量等控制意义非常高，在质量控制工作中，能提升检验的准确度，减少失误等不良事件的出现，提升检验结果的准确度。本次实验主要研究免疫检验质量控制对免疫分析仪的影响，请看下述。

1  资料和方法

1.1一般资料

选择本院在2019年1月-2020年12月期间免疫检验80例患者为对象，随机单盲法分组，每组40例。患者资料，对照组：男女比例为22：18，年龄上限下限分别为58岁和22岁，平均年龄（36.5±3.7）岁。观察组：男女比例为23：17，年龄上限下限分别为59岁和21岁，平均年龄（36.3±3.8）岁。基本资料对比无较大差异（P>0.05），符合比较标准。

1.2方法

对照组为常规检查：应用免疫分析仪进行检测，在空腹状态下，收集患者的肘静脉血液2毫升作为标本，放到抗凝管中，并将其摇晃，实现混合，使用全自动分析仪器进行检查，在检查中，严格按照相应的规范进行。……
