摘要：目的 分析心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的临床价值。方法 回顾性抽取2019年10月-2020年10月本院收治的高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者共60例，60例患者均采用心脏超声诊断。以临床综合诊断结果为金标准，将心脏超声诊断结果同综合诊断结果对比，分析心脏超声诊断的诊断符合率。结果 心脏超声的诊断符合率为93.33%，同综合诊断结果对比无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论 临床应用心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭有着较高的准确率，具有临床推广的价值。

Objective to analyze the clinical value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure. Methods a total of 60 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively. All 60 patients were diagnosed by echocardiography. Taking the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results as the gold standard，the cardiac ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with the comprehensive diagnosis results，and the diagnostic coincidence rate of cardiac ultrasound diagnosis was analyzed. Results the diagnostic coincidence rate of echocardiography was 93.33%，and there was no significant difference between echocardiography and comprehensive diagnosis（P > 0.05）. Conclusion the clinical application of echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure has a high accuracy，which has the value of clinical promotion.

高血压是一种世界范围内多发的疾病，此病目前并无根治方法，患者需要对血压水平进行长期控制【1】。同时现代医学研究亦表明，高血压是众多心脑血管疾病的基础所在，随着时间的迁移，患者很有可能出现心脏肥厚、心脏功能受损等情况。其中，高血压左室肥厚患者临床上多会伴发左心力衰竭，此种疾病在发生后会对患者的生命安全造成严重威胁。因此，实现对疾病的及时的诊断，对于患者的疾病治疗来讲，有着不可估量的意义。鉴于此，此次研究将围绕着心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的临床价值进行分析论述，具体报道如下：
