摘要：目的 探讨呼吸衰竭选择无创呼吸机联合有创机械通气治疗的临床价值。方法 选取本院接2019年12月-2020年12月治疗的呼吸衰竭患者70例作为研究对象，计算机随机分入两组。对照组单独使用有创机械通气治疗，观察组则选择无创呼吸机联合有创机械通气治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果 对照组，治疗相关不良反应发生率高于观察组，脱机成功率低于观察组，机械通气持续时间及住院治疗时间均长于观察组（P>0.05）。结论 呼吸衰竭选择无创呼吸机联合有创机械通气治疗的效果理想，值得借鉴运用。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical value of noninvasive ventilator combined with invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure. Methods 70 patients with respiratory failure treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with invasive mechanical ventilation alone，while the observation group was treated with noninvasive ventilator combined with invasive mechanical ventilation. Results in the control group，the incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions was higher than that in the observation group，the success rate of weaning was lower than that in the observation group，the duration of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization time were longer than those in the observation group（P > 0.05）. Conclusion the effect of noninvasive ventilator combined with invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure is ideal，which is worthy of reference.

慢阻肺进行性发展过程中，极易诱发呼吸衰竭，可造成二氧化碳潴留以及严重的低氧血症，对患者的生活质量及生命安全影响极大【1-2】。根据病情需求，临床通常采用有创机械通气作为常规治疗方案，以改善患者的通气质量，缓解疾病症状【3-4】。但是治疗过程中会因为产生呼吸机依赖无法顺利脱机。现阶段临床应用无创呼吸机联合有创机械通气联合治疗获得较好效果，可提升脱机成功率【5】。本次研究将本院接受治疗的呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，重点观察联合方案的临床应用效果。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
