摘要：铁路运输是当前我国交通运输行业中最重要的运输方式之一，其发展水平与人民群众的利益息息相关。所以保证铁路运输行业稳健持续发展，不但可以充分满足人们的出行需要，还可以为我国社会经济的快速发展起到较大促进作用。DF4型内燃机车是我国客运、货运主型机车之一，其整流装置如果出现故障势必会对机车的正常运行产生极大不利的影响。因此，本文主要针对DF4型内燃机车整流装置出现故障的原因进行分析，并提出了科学合理的预防措施，以供参考。

Abstract： Railway transportation is one of the most important modes of transportation in the Chinese transportation industry， and its development level is closely related to the interests of the people. Therefore， ensuring the steady and sustainable development of the railway transportation industry can not only fully meet people 's travel needs， but also play a great role in promoting the rapid development of China' s society and economy. Type DF4 internal combustion locomotive is one of the main passenger and freight locomotives in China. Its rectifier device will inevitably have a great adverse impact on the normal operation of the locomotive. Therefore， this paper mainly analyzes the causes of rectification device of DF4 internal combustion locomotive and proposes scientific and reasonable preventive measures for reference.

0  引言

DF4型内燃机车是交-直流电传动内燃机车，其通过柴油机驱动牵引发电机，发电机输出的三相交流电经过主整流柜进行整流之后，向6台并联直流牵引电动机供电，从而传递机车功率。主整流柜是机车电传动体系中不可或缺的部件，如果出现故障问题，那么机车很可能会发生机破故障。前几年，DF4-2645机车在运行过程中发生了主整流柜烧损事故，最终导致铁路一般D类事故，在同一年内，DF4B-7427、DF8-0116等机车中种类相同的主整流柜也出现了故障。因此，对DF4型内燃机车出现故障的原因进行分析十分必要。

1  DF4型内燃机车整流装置故障原因分析

在内燃机车正常运转时，导致其主整流柜出现故障的原因有很多，可能是该装置自身的问题，或者是因机车上零部件出现问题而导致的整流装置出现问题。……
