机械液压系统中智能故障诊断技术的探究

摘要:伴随着社会的发展和进步,我国科学技术正处在快速发展阶段,机械增压系统被广泛应用于各个领域。机械液压系统的出现促进了各产业的进步。人们可以将机械液压系统看成一个有机整体,当其内部发生故障时,不同部位会呈现不同的故障特征,由于许多故障现象非常相似,大大增加了维修的困难程度。伴随着信息技术在机械液压系统当中的应用,借助信息技术,机械液压系统中存在的问题能够被人们快速检测出来。为进一步提高机械液压系统故障检测的精准性。本文从机械液压系统中智能故障诊断技术探究的角度出发,旨在提高机械液压系统的诊断技术。
Abstract: With the development and progress of society, my country's science and technology is in a stage of rapid development, and mechanical booster systems are widely used in various fields. The emergence of mechanical hydraulic systems has promoted the progress of various industries. People can regard the mechanical hydraulic system as an organic whole. When its internal failure occurs, different parts will show different failure characteristics. Because many failure phenomena are very similar, this greatly increases the difficulty of maintenance. With the application of information technology in mechanical hydraulic systems, people can quickly detect problems in mechanical hydraulic systems with the help of information technology. In order to further improve the accuracy of mechanical hydraulic system failure detection. . This article starts from the perspective of exploring the intelligent fault diagnosis technology in the mechanical hydraulic system, and aims to improve the diagnostic technology of the mechanical hydraulic system.

0 引言
进入现代社会以来,我国的经济正在快速增长,信息技术在人们日常生活和工作当中应用改变了人们的工作方式和生活状态。从整体上看,信息技术促进了整个社会的发展。尤其是信息技术在工程机械诊断与维修当中的应用。诊断与维修朝着信息化方向发展可以及时检测系统存在的问题,同时在工程机械设计过程当中,设计人员可以基于信息技术对工程机械进行改造升级。机械液压系统在使用信息技术之后,能够进一步提升故障诊断与维修的准确性。当前我国许多工业机械当中都使用了机械液压系统,液压系统与传统的机械系统相比较,液压系統的精密程度和功率密度都要高出传统的机械系统,而液压系统的轻巧灵便更能赢得人们的青睐。……
