摘要：2020年是5G商用实践阶段，探讨5G时代对医院图书馆的影响和医院图书馆应用5G技术的策略，为医院图书馆快速融入5G时代奠定了基础。本文主要侧重于介绍5G的相关理念、功能和特点，分析5G对医院图书馆、医院图书馆用户和医院图书馆员的影响，提出医院圖书馆可以从构建图书馆新语境、创造图书馆新场景、构建医院图书馆云系统、建立医院图书馆安全阀等方面入手，推动5G时代的医院图书馆改革和发展。

Abstract： 2020 is the stage of 5G commercial practice， discussing the impact of the 5G era on hospital libraries and the strategy of hospital libraries applying 5G technology， laying the foundation for the rapid integration of hospital libraries into the 5G era. This article mainly focuses on introducing the related concepts， functions and features of 5G， analyzing the impact of 5G on hospital libraries， hospital library users， and hospital librarians， and proposing that hospital libraries can build a new library context and create new libraries. Start with scenarios， build a hospital library cloud system， and establish a hospital library safety valve to promote the reform and development of hospital libraries in the 5G era.

5G，全称是第五代移动通信标准，又称第五代移动通信技术。5G作为新一代无线移动通信技术，主要用于满足移动通信的快速发展需求。随着移动互联网的飞速发展和物联网服务需求的迅速增加，5G必须实现低成本、低能耗、安全性和可靠性，传输速率必须提高10-100倍至10GB/s，端到端时延迟达到ms等级，连接设备的密度增加10-100倍，流量密度增加1000倍，频谱效率提高5-10倍，用户体验可以保证500km/h的速度[1]。……
