摘要：对当前的10千伏電力线路来讲，虽然在进行安装过程中，线路支撑金具的安装与维护工作，都已经按照规程上的操作步骤进行了操作，但是因为实际操作工作全部都是由岗位员工来完成的，所以在风险辨识以及评估和控制等工作方面，仍然存在着一些缺陷和问题，所以使得当前电力线路日常检修和维护工作难以得到有效的保障。在本文当中将对10千伏电力线路日常检修及维护工作进行简要论述。

Abstract： for the current 10kV power line， although the installation and maintenance of the line support fittings have been carried out according to the operation procedures in the regulations during the installation process， there are still some defects in the risk identification， assessment and control work because the actual operation work is completed by the post staff Therefore， it is difficult to effectively guarantee the daily maintenance and maintenance of power lines. In this paper， the daily maintenance and maintenance of 10kV power lines are briefly discussed.

1.前言

对于电力线路的日常作业来讲，因为受限于作业条件，所以在实际作业过程中，作业人员之间需要进行位置的选择，并且要进行全力配合。但是从当前的电力线路上检修及维护工作来看，在实际工作过程中，作业人员本身的工作能力在极大程度上还需要进行提高，同时作业人员本身的身体素质也需要进行全面的加强，这样才能够保证在实际作业过程中使用相关工具完成检修及维护工作，并且不会出现任何差错。

2.电力线路检修及维护前准备工作

首先对于工作人员来讲，需要根据工作规定要求进行劳动防护用品的穿戴，包括安全帽以及工作服和胶鞋等，这不仅仅是为了保障实际作业过程中作业规范，同时也是为了能够更好的保护作业人员本身的安全。第二，也是关键点是对于检修及维护作业过程中所需要的电工工具进行全面的准备，并且随身携带。在电力线路检修及维护工作过程中，常用的电工工具，包括提绳铁剪子以及剪线器和滑轮等。……
