摘要：目的：浅析手术室护理工作中舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法 研究时间在2019年10月-2020年12月，对象为同期在本院行手术治疗的128例患者，将其随机分成2组，实验组实施手术室舒适护理，参照组实施传统手术室护理，分析每组效果。结果 消毒隔离、手术室管理、护士素质、护理安全评分实验组患者高于参照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论手术室护理中舒适护理的应用效果显著，对提高护理质量有着较大作用，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of comfort nursing in operating room nursing work. Methods The study period was from October 2019 to December 2020. The subjects were 128 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital during the same period. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received comfortable care in the operating room and the reference group received traditional operating room care. Analyze the effect of each group. Results The experimental group of disinfection and isolation， operating room management， nurse quality， and nursing safety score were higher than the reference group， and the difference was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing in operating room nursing is remarkable， it has a great effect on improving the quality of nursing， and it is worthy of promotion.

临床很多患者的救治中都需要手术，但是手术创伤、心理应激等会降低患者的身心舒适性。而手术室护理是关键工作，如果手术质量高，可改善患者舒适性，确保手术顺利进行、降低风险的重点工作[1]。本院为了给予患者高质量手术室护理，围绕舒适护理的效果进行深入研究，报道如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1 一般资料

入组的患者共计128例，均是2019年10月-2020年12月在本院行手术治疗的患者，遵循随机原则分组，两组各64例。实验组19-63（40.75±6.32）岁，男女比例33：31，10例骨科手术、10例妇产科手术、15例急诊手术、17例普外科手术、12例其它手术。参照组20-65（40.83±6.17）岁，男女比例34：30，11例骨科手术、9例妇产科手术、14例急诊手术、19例普外科手术、11例其它手术。上述每组资料达到研究标准，无差异（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

参照组手术患者实施传统手术室护理，即：提前将围手术期需要注意的事项告知患者，做好手术所需器械、仪器准备工作，监测术中患者生命指标，与医生配合完成手术操作等。

实验组手术患者实施舒适护理，内容如下：
