【摘要】目的：研究男性人群中丙氨酸氨基转移酶联合年龄对代谢综合征的诊断价值。方法：纳入2020年11月至2021年 1月在我院参加体检者为调查对象，共836例男性。参照中华医学会糖尿病分会（CDS）诊断标准将其分为MS组及非代谢综合征（NMS）组。分析受试者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）及天年龄（AGE）对MS的诊断价值。结果：ALT及年龄联合可以提高对MS的诊断精度，与两个指标单独诊断的区别具有统计学意义。结论：ALT联合年龄在诊断及预测MS中发挥了一定作用，可在临床用于辅助MS的诊断及预测。

[Objective]：To investigate the diagnostic value of alanine aminotransferase （ALT） combined with age in the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome in males.[methods]：Totally 836 males who took physical examination in our hospital from November 2020 to January 2021 were the objects of this investigation. According to the diagnostic criteria of Diabetes Society of Chinese Medical Association （CDS）， they were divided into two groups-the metabolic syndrome one （MS） and the non-metabolic syndrome one （NMS）. Analyze the value of ALT in the objects' serum and their age （measured in days） to MS.[Results]：The combination of ALT and age can improve the diagnostic accuracy of MS， the difference between diagnosis made by which and that made by these two indices separately is statistically significant.[conclusion]：The combination of ALT and age plays a role in the diagnosis and prediction of MS. It can help to diagnose and predict MS in clinic.

代謝综合征（metabolicsyndrome，MS）是一组以多种代谢成分异常聚集为特征的临床症候群，其特征主要包括中心性肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常，是心血管疾病、2型糖尿病的易感因素，随着年龄增加发病率升高。已逐渐成为全球严重的公共卫生问题。年龄，BMI，高脂及高钠饮食，酒精摄入习惯，甘油三酯、空腹血糖及平均舒张压升高均为代谢综合征发病高危因素。MS发病机制复杂，尚未完全阐明。有研究表明，男性人群中ALT与MS关联的风险性均较女性高，血清肝脏转氨酶的升高会增加 MS 的患病风险。本研究利用健康体检人群的调查数据进行分析，探讨顺德地区男性ALT联合年龄对MS的诊断价值，以期为临床筛查MS提供参考。

1.对象与方法
