摘要：目的：观察茶碱类药物在支气管哮喘治疗中的合理应用效果。方法：选取我院支气管哮喘患者88例（2019年12月至2020年12月），随机分为常规治疗的对照组（44例）与茶碱类药物治疗的观察组（44例），观察患者肺功能、临床症状改善情况、不良反应发生率、生活质量。结果：与对照组相比，观察组肺功能改善好，临床症状评分低，生活质量评分高，P<0.05;两组不良反应对比，P>0.05。结论：给予支气管哮喘患者茶碱类药物治疗，能促进肺功能改善，有效减轻临床症状，且不良反应少，生活质量好，值得借鉴。

Objective： To observe the effect of theophylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods： 88 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital （December 2019 to December 2020） were randomly divided into control group （44 cases） treated with conventional treatment and observation group （44 cases） treated with theophylline drugs. The pulmonary function， improvement of clinical symptoms， incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were observed. Results： compared with the control group， the lung function of the observation group was improved， the clinical symptom score was low， and the quality of life score was high， P < 0.05; The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared， P > 0.05. Conclusion： theophylline can promote the improvement of lung function and relieve clinical symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma， with less adverse reactions and good quality of life.

支气管哮喘临床发病率较高，患者患病后常存在气喘、咳嗽、胸闷等症状，作为一种可控但不可治愈的气道慢性炎症，患者夜间发病率较高，多表现为可逆性气流受限，并且复发率较高[1]。支气管哮喘所涉及的细胞较多，如中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、气道上皮细胞等，并且疾病发展下会引起较多并发症，危害极大。对于患者而言，如果在其急性发作期不能进行有效治疗，就会导致病情发展为呼吸衰竭，加大治疗难度，并且危险生命安全[2]。因此，必须在疾病确诊后进行及时治疗。药物治疗为该病常用治疗方式，其中茶碱类药物应用频率较多，效果好，具有极大优势，能促进患者呼吸系统症状的改善，并且使其病情得到有效控制[3]。本研究选取我院支气管哮喘患者88例，观察茶碱类药物治疗效果。
