【摘    要】劳动教育是幼儿教育中重要的一环。幼儿园应该充分重视劳动在幼儿教育中的作用，用家园共育的理念让幼儿認识劳动，提高幼儿素质，以此促进幼儿全面发展。因此幼儿园可以通过各种方式进行劳动教育，如精心设计劳动内容、将劳动贯彻到幼儿的生活中、家园共同教育、校外实践中的劳动教育、将劳动教育纳入课程中。

Strategies of Carrying out Labor Education in Home-Kindergarten Co-education

【Abstract】Labor education is an important part of preschool education. Kindergartens should pay full attention to the role of labor in early childhood education， and the concept of home-kindergarten co-education allows children to understand labor and improve their quality， so as to promote their all-round development. Therefore， kindergartens can carry out labor education in various ways， such as carefully designing labor content， implementing labor into childrens lives， home-kindergarten joint education，labor education in off-campus practice， and incorporating labor education into the curriculum.

随着时代的进步和人民生活水平的提高，家庭结构与以往相比有了很大的差异，当下的幼儿在家庭环境中与以往的自然常态相差很大。以往的“德、智、体、美、劳”五个发展方向中将劳动放在了最后，经常被教育者忽略，认为孩子的年龄还小，现在接触劳动没有必要。但是值得注意的是，缺乏优良的劳动品质，幼儿以后很难学会独立自主地生活，在走上社会时会丧失生活的技巧。幼儿阶段是教会孩子劳动技能的关键时刻，所以在幼儿阶段进行劳动教育是非常有必要的。

一、幼儿劳动教育现状

劳动教育作为帮助幼儿形成正确劳动观念的重要环节，可以让幼儿形成尊重劳动人民、自主劳动的意识。但是在当下的社会环境中，人们对幼儿的劳动教育正在逐渐缺失，无论是家庭教育还是幼儿园教育，幼儿接触到的劳动机会越来越少，长久以往便会导致幼儿丧失劳动技能。
