【摘    要】道德与法治的实质是培养学生良好的道德品质，建立基本的法律概念，要求学生不仅会做题考试，还要求学生建立完善的人格、思想、道德意识。在课改后的道德与法治教学中，如何构建完善的爱国主义教育体系，是当前课改的一个创新点。本文围绕基于思想意识教育的爱国主义教育的构建展开阐述，对其基本内涵进行了概述，并分析对比了“现代爱国主义教育”相比“传统爱国主义教育”的优势，最后提出落实“爱国主义教育”的策略。

The Strategy of Implementing Patriotism Education in the Teaching of Morality and Rule of Law in Junior Middle School

【Abstract】 The essence of morality and the rule of law is to cultivate students' good moral character and establish basic legal concepts. It requires students not only to be able to do exams， but also to establish perfect personality， ideology and moral consciousness. In the teaching of morality and rule of law after the curriculum reform， how to construct a perfect patriotic education system is an innovation of the current curriculum reform. This paper expounds the construction of patriotism education based on ideological education， summarizes its basic connotation， analyzes and compares the advantages of "modern patriotism education" compared with "traditional patriotism education"， and finally puts forward the strategies of implementing "patriotism education".

初中阶段的道德与法治，主要在培养学生良好道德品质基础上构建完善的法律概念。创建科学有效的道德与法治教学策略，在思想的基础上构建完善的爱国主义教育体系，提升学生综合素质，新课改下，提高课堂“质量”的重要创新之举，让爱国思想意识培养走进课堂教学。初中阶段是学生形成基本认知和良好习惯的关键时刻，是迈入社会之前的一个重要拐点，利用思想意识渗透教育构完善的爱国主义教育体系，对学生形成爱国思想，促进教学质量的提高，实现学生全面发展，是当前每一位教师应该思考和探索的问题。

一、基于思想意识的“现代爱国主义教育”的基本内涵
