全自动辅汽小汽机超速试验管理开发和应用

【摘 要】论文旨在解决机组启动前在利用辅助蒸汽进行给水泵汽轮机(BFP-T)超速试验过程时,由于小汽轮机与给水泵尚未连接,小汽轮机转速极难控制,常常需要热控人员通过非常规的信号强制来进行控制,容易导致汽轮机转速飞升,严重威胁设备安全运行的问题。论文设计了针对该项试验的创新全自动程序管理,实现“一键投入、全程自动”,使整个试验过程安全有序进行的方式。结果表明,通过对给水泵汽轮机超速试验逻辑的优化设计,杜绝了人为强制信号的时间及误操作所带来的风险,提高了给水泵汽轮机超速试验的效率及成功率。
【Abstract】The paper aims to solve the problem that during the overspeed test of the boiler feed water pump (BFP-T) using auxiliary steam before unit start-up, the small turbine speed is extremely difficult to be controlled because the small turbine is not yet connected to the boiler feed water pump, and often requires the thermal control personnel to enforce control through unconventional signals, which easily leads to a soaring turbine speed and seriously threatens the safe operation of the equipment. Aiming at this test, this paper designs a method, which has innovative full-automatic program management, realizes "one key can be put in, the whole process automatically", and makes the whole test process safe and orderly. The results show that through the optimized design of the overspeed test logic of the boiler feed water pump turbine, the risks caused by the timing and misuse of artificially forced signals are eliminated, and the efficiency and success rate of the overspeed test of the boiler feed water pump turbine are improved.

1 引言
珠海发电厂隶属广东省能源集团有限公司,是国家“九五”计划的重点项目之一。规划安装6台600MW级机组,首期建设2台700MW火力发电机组,分别于2000年4月和2001年2月移交并投入商业运行。到目前为止,2台机组进行了多次大小修工作,根据要求,当BFP-T危急保安装置单独检修后、机组初次启动、BFP-T大修后,必须进行给水泵汽轮机(BFP-T)超速试验。其目的是检验给水泵汽轮机(BFP-T)危急保安装置的功能是否正常。为对汽动给水泵小汽轮机机械超速系统进行试验,我们需要在机组启动前通过辅汽进行小汽轮机的超速试验。在利用辅助蒸汽进行给水泵汽轮机(BFP-T)超速试验的过程中,由于小汽轮机与给水泵尚未连接,没有带泵运行,与正常运行工况差别很大,小汽轮机转速极难得到控制,试验风险极高,常常需要热控人员通过非常规的信号强制来进行操作,热控人员与运行配合出现任何差错都会导致汽轮机转速飞升,严重影响设备安全。……
