【摘  要】工商管理一直是企业管理当中的重要组成部分，对企业的经济发展速度提升以及内部管理具有非常重要的促进作用。工商管理主要受企业经营环境、企业经营制度和企业管理人员管理水平所影响。论文对现阶段企业工商管理的作用进行介绍，探究并发现工商管理过程中存在的问题和对应的解决方法，以期促进相关企业实现工商管理效能的提升，推动我国企业工商管理工作的发展和进步。

【Abstract】Business administration has always been an important part of enterprise management， which plays a very important role in promoting the acceleration of the economic development speed and internal management of the enterprise. Business administration is mainly affected by enterprise business environment， enterprise business system and management level of enterprise managers. This paper introduces the role of business administration of enterprises at this stage， explores and finds the problems existing in the process of business administration and corresponding solutions， so as to promote the improvement of business administration effectiveness of relevant enterprises， and promote the development and progress of business administration work of enterprises in China.

1 引言

我国社会经济的快速发展，离不开企业的建立和发展。并且，这些企业在国家的发展和进步当中都作出了非常重要的贡献。而要想使当前的企业管理效能进一步提升，一定要加强对于企业工商管理的控制。当前，我国的企业工商管理效能还处于比较低的阶段，并未完全对发挥其潜能，这对于企业的长远发展具有不利影响。在这种情况下，提升企业工商管理效能就显得尤为重要，不仅对于企业的发展有着积极的意义，还能够使社会经济发展进一步加速。

2 企业工商管理的重要性

工商管理作为企业管理当中促进经济发展的重要支柱，在很大程度上决定了企业的发展方向。只有高质量的工商管理方案，才能够促使企业在竞争激烈的市场当中得以生存。
