【摘  要】液压支架是煤矿开采过程中十分关键的设备，液压支架能够对采矿工作中的面顶板及采空区进行安全控制，在保证采矿效率的同时提升其安全性和稳定性。但矿用液压支架的环境适应性较差，对于环境要求很高，且在使用过程中极易受到环境变化等因素的影响，自身的损坏和故障率较高。为在复杂的采矿环境中保障矿用液压支架的使用质量和使用效率，相关人员需要有效完成液压支架的维修任务，及时发现故障问题并给予处理。因此，论文从采矿过程中较为常见的液压支架故障入手，分析故障产生原因、解决措施以及整体降低故障发生率的根本性策略。

【Abstract】Hydraulic support is a key equipment in the process of coal mining. Hydraulic support can control the safety of the roof and the empty area of mining in the mining work， and improve its safety and stability while ensuring mining efficiency. But the environment adaptability of mine hydraulic support is poor， which requires high environmental requirements， and is easily affected by environmental changes and other factors in the process of use， and its own damage and failure rate is high. In order to guarantee the use quality and efficiency of hydraulic support in complex mining environment， relevant personnel need to effectively complete the maintenance task of hydraulic support， find out the failures and problems in time and deal with them. Therefore， the paper starts with the more common hydraulic support failures in the mining process， analyzes the causes of the failures， solutions and fundamental strategies to reduce the overall incidence of failures.

1 矿用液压支架系统概述

矿用液压支架主要依靠液体压力产生一定的支撑力，进而对顶板产生支护作用和管理作用的一种液压动力装置，动力的来源就是液体的压力。液压支架的构成十分复杂，液压元件和金属构件共同组成了能够顺利升降并具备千斤顶动力的支架体系。液压支架是采矿过程中必不可少的设备，对整个采矿作业任务都起到了至关重要的影响，因为只有依靠液压支架，采矿井下作业才具备基本的安全性和可靠性。在实际使用的过程中，矿用液压支架起到的就是支撑支护和帮助前移的作用。采矿环境较为复杂，外部影响因素很多，因而在液压支架使用的过程中很可能会造成施工故障和意外问题。……
