【摘  要】技术创新是企业发展的根本动力，只有不断提升技术创新能力，才能在企业的可持续发展中注入新的活力。技术创新机制的构建，不仅需要企业自身加大投入力度，更需要政府R&D支持，以获得充足的资源保障。由于企业性质、规模和发展状况的不同，政府R&D支持对于企业技术创新的影响特点也存在一定的差异性，应该结合实际情况促进企业技术创新水平的提升。论文分析政府R&D支持对企业技术创新机制的影响，探索政府R&D支持促进企业技术创新的路径，为实践工作提供参考。

【Abstract】Technological innovation is the fundamental driving force for the development of enterprises. Only by continuously improving the ability of technological innovation can new vitality be injected into the sustainable development of enterprises. The construction of technological innovation mechanism not only needs enterprises to increase investment， but also needs government R&D support to obtain sufficient resource guarantee. Due to the different nature， scale and development status of enterprises， the characteristics of the influence of government R&D support on technological innovation of enterprises are also different. We should promote the improvement of technological innovation level of enterprises in combination with the actual situation. This paper analyzes the influence of government R&D support on enterprise technological innovation mechanism， and explores the paths of government R&D support to promote enterprise technological innovation， so as to provide a reference for practical work.

1 引言

政府R&D支持即在研究与开发上的支持与投入，旨在为企业的创造性活动提供可靠保障，使企业在基础研究、应用研究和试验发展等方面更具实效性，促进企业核心竞争力的提升。在新时代市场经济环境下，企业面临的竞争不断加剧，只有促进企业技术创新，才能使其在市场中站稳脚步，从而加快转型升级的步伐。政府部门在社会经济发展中扮演着重要角色，应该主动增进与企业之间的沟通合作，通过R&D支持的方式引导企业良性发展，在减轻企业压力的同时，能够有效控制企业风险，创造良好的市场经济秩序，满足社会改革的要求。为此，应该明确政府R&D支持对于技术创新机制的影响，从而实现对政府R&D支持的有效调节，使其更加适应企业的发展需求及特点。
