【摘  要】地质勘探工作具有复杂性和专业性的特点，应该加强规范性管理，以促进生产工作的高效化实施，防止出现重大安全事故。近年来，随着地质勘探规模的扩增，对管理工作也提出了更高的要求，需要做好人员、材料和设备等方面的全面掌控，从而在保障安全的前提下提高工作效率和质量，为企业创造良好的效益。论文对基层地质勘探工作管理中的问题和原因进行分析，探索基层地质勘探工作管理的策略，为实践工作提供参考。

【Abstract】Geological exploration has the characteristics of complexity and specialization， so it is necessary to strengthen the normative management to promote the efficient implementation of production and prevent the occurrence of major safety accidents. In recent years， with the expansion of geological exploration scale， higher requirements have been put forward for the management work. It is necessary to do a good job in the comprehensive control of personnel， materials and equipment， so as to improve the work efficiency and quality under the premise of ensuring safety and create good benefits for enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems and causes in the management of the geological exploration at the grassroots level， explores the strategies of the management of the geological exploration at the grassroots level， and provides references for the practical work.

1 引言

随着社会发展速度的加快，对于资源能源的需求量逐渐增长，地质勘探工作是对开采区域的环境信息进行全面获取，为后续作业提供依据，保障项目实施的高效性。地质勘探容易受到当地环境因素的影响，尤其是在恶劣的工作条件下容易发生安全事故，不仅会给企业造成经济损失，也会威胁人员生命安全。因此，应该制定完善的管理体系，以实现对地质勘探全过程的有效控制，降低其风险，适应项目周期长的特点。在基层地质勘探中，由于受到经验、技术和资金等因素的限制，也会使得管理工作的推进遇到阻碍，地质勘探中的安全隐患和资金风险等增多。在激烈的市场竞争环境下，企业更应该加强对管理工作的重视，结合基层地质勘探的实际情况对管理模式进行改革和创新。
