【摘  要】随着我国船舶行业的不断发展，在海上运输以及海上石油的开采中，机械设备是可以保障船舶正常运行最重要的一个部分。随着我国船舶机械设备的使用时间变得更长，还有可能会产生磨损的零部件，如果不按时完成维修以及保养工作，这些已经被磨损的零部件就很难让设备机械能够正常地运行下去，对船舶的正常运转也会造成不良的影响。为使船舶运行的能力获得提升，相关工作人员需要及时了解船舶机械设备方面的维修保养问题。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of China's shipping industry， mechanical equipment is the most important part to ensure the normal operation of ships in the maritime transportation and offshore oil exploitation. As the service time of China's ship mechanical equipment becomes longer， there may be worn parts. If the repair and maintenance work is not completed on time， it is difficult for these worn parts to make the equipment and machinery run normally， and it will also cause adverse effects on the normal operation of the ship. In order to improve the operation capability of the ship， the relevant staff need to keep abreast of the repair and maintenance problems of the ship's machinery and equipment.

1 引言

船舶是海上工作最重要的一项组成部分，因此，船舶的机械设备和海上作业是否可以顺利展开有直接关系。船舶机械设备是否可以正常的运行，对企业经济效益也会造成一定的影响。对于企业经济造成十分重大的影响，主要表现在船舶的价值转移到运行生产中，生产过程的顺利化致使企业获得更高经济效益。在船舶应用中，机械设备的定量折损是比较正常的，只要其处于运行状态，势必会产生设备磨损以及资源损耗，必须要对船舶进行定期维修，使其始终保持一个优质运行状态。在该种背景下，船舶正常运行必定要有良好的环境、先进的零配件设备以及维修人员的定期维修。即使船舶机械设备的发展速度比较迅速，已经到了一个新的发展时期，但依旧存在部分问题未能解决，维修工作人员的技术水准很难被提升，此时需要提升维修工作者的专业知识，确保问题的有效解决，使得机械设备处于一种正常运行状态。……
