3. The 20th anniversary of the establishement of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization 上海合作组织成立20周年

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, short for SCO, is a permanent Intergovernmental International Organization announced on June 15th, 2001 in Shanghai by the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, and Republic of Uzbekistan.
