【Abstract】Regional activities are games that promote the development of each childs personality. From the perspective of the child， the teacher should create the environment， put the materials and evaluate the game with the child as the main body， so as to make the regional activity more suitable and promote effective learning of the child.

《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》指出：幼儿的学习是以直接经验为基础，在游戏和日常生活中进行的。区域活动是以尊重儿童为前提，尊重幼儿身心发展的规律和学习特点，促进每个幼儿富有个性发展的游戏活动。区域活动体现的是一种自由想象和创造精神、一种过程本身就是结果的非功利性精神。笔者在一线教育教学的基础上，对班级区域的创设和组织活动等内容进行了一系列的实践研究和分析。

一、灵活的区域设置，让游戏更开放

怎样创设一个能吸引幼儿、引导幼儿又支持幼儿活动的区域环境？这是教师最需要关注的问题。首先，为了使幼儿体验到更多的愉快和成功感，我们必须为幼儿提供一个安全、自由的心理环境，即宽松、和谐、自主的氛围;其次，我们创设的区域活动要为幼儿提供丰富游戏的经验，在活动中幼儿可以选择自己喜欢的材料、玩具，更多地按照自己的兴趣和能力选择游戏的内容和种类，在宽松的环境中自主学习、探索和游戏;最后，区域活动的布局要根据班级环境的地理因素，尽可能地使区域动静分区，一般将较为安静的区域安排在室内，还可以充分挖掘桌面、地面、墙面等价值，充分发挥材料、设备和环境布置等蕴涵的教育作用，让幼儿充分活动，进而和谐发展。……
