【摘    要】特殊教育是我国的一种公共教育资源，它本身较为稀缺，所面向的主要是有特殊需要的儿童。虽然学校中的儿童很可能遭遇不同的困难，但并不是所有儿童都需要接受特殊教育。小学教师应当合理甄别有特殊需要的儿童，并通过正向行为支持策略展开引导教育，让这部分学生感受到教师的关爱，能够跟随其他儿童健康快乐地成长起来。本文主要研究了正向行为支持策略在特殊需要儿童教育中的运用，并提出了相应的实践策略。

The Application of Positive Behavior Support Strategies in the Education of Children with Special Needs

【Abstract】Special education is a kind of public education resource in our country， it is relatively scarce， and it is mainly for children with special needs. Although children in schools are likely to experience different difficulties， not all children need special education. Primary school teachers should reasonably identify children with special needs， and carry out guidance and education through positive behavior support strategies， so that these students can feel the teacher's care and can follow other children to grow up healthy and happy. This article mainly studies the application of positive behavior support strategies in the education of children with special needs， and proposes corresponding practical strategies.

随着社会的迅速发展，国内教育形式有了整体性的改善，特殊教育逐渐被人们所认可，并且加强了对特殊需要儿童的关注，要求针对这类儿童展开高质量的特殊引导教育，帮助他们形成正确的人生价值观，逐步成长起来。正向行为支持是一种全新的应用科学，它能够以正确的行为方式解决特殊需要儿童的问题，教师应当将正向行为支持策略合理运用到特殊需要儿童教育当中，持续提高教育效果，帮助学生树立明确的生活和学习认知，多方面促进学生的健康成长。

一、正向行为支持的基本概念

正向行为支持是一种以应用为主导的科学体系，它要求教师通过教育方法引导个人的相关行为方式，能够通过正向行为导向改变个人生活认知，解决问题行为，提高生活质量。正向行为支持主要包括两层含义：第一，它能够引导个人改变固有认知，逐步提高生活质量。……
