【摘  要】德育是小学教育中的重点内容，对小学生的健康成长与发展具有十分重要的作用。尽管当前教师在开展教学时十分注重对学生的德育，但是受到教学资源有限、实践体验缺乏等因素的影响，整体德育效果不够理想。因此，教师要将学校与家庭教育有效地结合起来，使之汇聚成一股教育合力，促进小学生德育工作得到创新发展，这样小学德育目标才能更好地实现。鉴于此，本文对家校联合下的小学生德育新策略展开分析与探讨。

New Strategies of Primary School Students' Moral Education under the Combination of Home and School

【Abstract】Moral education is the key content of elementary education， which plays a very important role in the healthy growth and development of pupils. Although the current teachers pay great attention to the moral education of students when carrying out teaching， but due to the limited teaching resources， lack of practical experience and other factors， the overall moral education effect is not ideal. Teachers must also effectively combine school and family education to bring them together into a joint force of education to promote the innovative development of moral education for primary school students， so that the goals of primary school moral education can be better achieved. In view of this， this article analyzes and discusses the new strategies of primary school students' moral education under the combination of home and school.

一、家校联合开展小学德育存在的问题分析

现阶段，依托家校合作開展小学德育，还显露出以下问题：

1.家校联合不够深入。教师对家校联合开展小学德育认识不够充分，导致整个合作流于表面，小学德育质量也大打折扣，不利于学生良好行为习惯和思想品质的形成，尤其是在缺乏统一合作目标影响下，学校、家庭方面存在的德育优势没有得到充分发挥，对其他领域开展家校合作也带来不利影响。

2.德育资源十分有限。在小学阶段开展德育，主要依托书本教材，虽然各学科蕴含着十分丰富的德育资源，但是仅依赖课堂理论知识教授，无法达成德育工作目标。教师还需要将家庭方面存在的德育实践体验资源进行挖掘和利用，这样才能有效弥补学校德育存在的不足，并在两相结合下更快、更好地达成小学生德育目标。然而，联系实际生活，德育资源运用还不够，无法满足学生亲身体验学习的需要，学生思想道德水平提升也遭受到极大的影响。……
