摘  要：在职业教育中，学生可以通过引导了解自己以后可能从事的职业，对照企业需求、企业素养，培养学习未来发展需要的学习能力。技能大赛是职业学校重要的比赛项目，在培养学生应用技能方面发挥重要作用。本文借鉴技能大赛以赛代练模式，结合学生为谁教、教（学）什么、怎么教3个方面对《网络搭建与系统管理》课程教学进行实践教学设计，实施过程进行教学评价与反思，从而提出针对性的教学建议。

Design of Improving Secondary Vocational Students' Professional Learning Ability Based on Skills Competition Mode

——Take "Network Construction and System Management" Skills Competition as an Example

Abstract： In vocational education， students can understand their future career through guidance， and cultivate their learning ability for future development according to the needs and qualities of enterprises. Skill competition is an important competition in vocational schools， which plays an important role in cultivating students' application skills. In this paper， we use the skills competition to replace the training mode， combined with the three aspects of who to teach， what to teach and how to teach， to design the practical teaching of network construction and system management， evaluate and reflect on the implementation process， so as to put forward targeted teaching suggestions.

在中职信息化教学中，计算机专业技能大赛成为培养学生应用型技术能力的重要方式，其中《网络搭建与系统管理》是技能大赛的重要比赛项目，其涵盖网络组建、网络操作系统、网络综合布线三大模块。在教学实践中，如何选择最合适的教学方法，如何对教学模式进行创新，是目前中职信息技术教师开展信息化教学中最关心的问题。本文以《网络搭建系统管理》课程为例，基于技能大赛模式进行中职生专业学习能力提升的实践教学设计。

1  明确教学目的

（1）目前职业教育以就业为导向，重技能，轻发展，中专教育不适应江苏地区高新技术发展的需要和产业转型升级的需要。而且江苏高职院校众多，缺少生源基地，以就业为导向的升学（注册入学），学生学习能力差、基础知识储备不够，不适应高职院校的学习，影响人才培养质量。……
