摘  要：“金課”的概念是我国根据高等教育面临的实际问题提出来的，“金课”既不同于教学改革，更不同于普通的教学课程建设，“金课”是在课程的定位上更要满足教育系统提出的创新性、高阶性和挑战度等要求。提倡从事教学研究的方向要以“课程思政”为灵魂，主张大局意识，教学工作好比走路，既要低头走路也要抬头看路。设立“金课”的目的是把教育的基础理论转化为教育基本行为的实践。针对视障大学生的儿科推拿学教学应从教师自身上不断提升教学水平，扎实科研理论功底，创新教学重塑课堂、优化教学理念的设计，从而激发视障大学生的创造思维与实践能力，促使视障大学生迸发出更多思想火花。通过开展“金课”课程教学，进一步建构视障学生的中医辩证思维，不断地提升视障学生的认知能力和专业水平，在潜移默化中建立视障大学生良好的世界观、人生观、价值观，真正做到学有所用，让视障大学生更好地融入社会生活。

Research on the Construction of Pediatric Massage Golden Course for Visually Impaired College Students

Abstract： The concept of " Golden course" is put forward according to the practical problems faced by higher education in China. "Golden course" is not only different from teaching reform， but also different from ordinary teaching curriculum construction. "Golden course" is to meet the requirements of innovation， high-level and challenge put forward by the education system in terms of curriculum positioning. The direction of teaching research should take "Ideological and political education" as the soul and advocate the overall situation consciousness. Teaching work is like walking. We should not only walk with our heads down， but also look up at the road. The purpose of setting up "Golden course" is to transform the basic theory of education into the practice of the basic behavior of education. The teaching of pediatric massage for visually impaired college students should improve the teaching level from the teachers themselves， consolidate the theoretical foundation of scientific research， innovate teaching， reshape the classroom， optimize the design of teaching concept， so as to stimulate the creative thinking and practical ability of visually impaired college students， and promote them to burst out more ideological sparks. By carrying out the "golden course" teaching， we can further construct the dialectical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine of the visually impaired students， constantly improve their cognitive ability and professional level， and imperceptibly establish a good world outlook， outlook on life and values of the visually impaired students， so as to truly make learning useful and make them better integrate into social life.

儿科推拿，又称儿科按摩，在古代称为按跷、案抚[1]。儿科推拿是以中医理论为基础，推拿医生借助于一定的推拿工具或者选择推拿手法作用于患儿体表的穴位或者特定部位来治疗疾病的一种治疗手段，这种方法属于中医外治法范畴[2-3]。推拿学是利用推拿疗法治疗患儿疾病的一门专业的系统的基础科学，其研究范围包括推拿治疗患儿疾病的基本原理、治疗方法及其治疗适用范围等。……
