摘  要：随着人工智能技术的飞跃式发展，人类社会生活的诸多领域面临着前所未有的变革。近几年来，人工智能技术与日常办公系统不断深度融合，大幅度增加了办公系统对数据资源的应用与管理效率，日常办公流程化、办公环境个性化、服务保障便捷化，将有望在人工智能技术的支持下实现。基于此，本文将简要介绍日常办公系统中人工智能技术的典型应用，并在此基础上展望AI时代下人工智能技术在日常办公系统的应用前景。

Abstract： With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology， many fields of human social life are facing unprecedented changes. In recent years， artificial intelligence technology and daily office system continue to be deeply integrated， which greatly increases the application and management efficiency of office system for data resources. Daily office process， personalized office environment and convenient service guarantee are expected to be realized with the support of artificial intelligence technology. Based on this， this paper will briefly introduce the typical application of artificial intelligence technology in daily office system， and on this basis， prospect the application prospect of artificial intelligence technology in daily office system in AI era.

近几年来，“人工智能+大数据”技术为诸多领域的创新发展注入了新鲜血液，人工智能技术在日常办公系统中的应用使得新型无纸化办公模式逐渐成型。从某种角度来说，AI时代的来临依然是一种必然趋势。这在新的时代背景下，相关部门及人员应理性看待人工智能技术带来的机遇和挑战，妥善安排日常业务活动，实现人工智能技术的最大化效用。

1  日常办公系统中人工智能技术的典型应用
