摘  要：节目素材文件的参数与指标是否合格，能否被视频服务器正常解码会直接影响到电视播出的质量与安全，因此在播出前必须对节目素材文件进行审核，确保节目播出的安全。本文通过对硬盘播出节目上载工作的分析，列举了不同时期、不同结构硬盘播出系统常见的几种节目上载方式，总结了一些做好节目上载与审片工作的经验，供广大同行参考。

How to Do a Good Job of Uploading Programs to the Hard Disk Broadcasting System

Abstract： Whether the parameters and indicators of the program material file are qualified or not and whether they can be decoded by the video server will directly affect the quality and safety of TV broadcasting. Therefore， the program material file must be audited before broadcasting to ensure the safety of the program broadcasting. Through the analysis of hard disk broadcast program upload work， this paper lists several common program upload methods in different periods and different structures of hard disk broadcast system， and sums up some experience in program upload and film review work， for the reference of the majority of peers.

隨着计算机技术和视音频编解码技术的发展和成熟，传统的基于录像机的自动播出逐渐被淘汰，现今基于视频服务器的硬盘播出成为各级广播电视台电视播出的主流。

除了少量的线路信号转播与直播，电视播出最主要的任务还是节目的播出。在传统的录像机自动播出系统中，待播出的节目录制成播出带，播出前只需将播出带放入相应的录像机，由自动播出系统控制录像机播放即可完成播出任务。在硬盘播出系统中，待播出的节目首先要通过上载转换成节目素材文件才能进入系统。播出时由系统控制视频服务器解码节目素材文件完成播出，所以节目上载是硬盘播出的重要环节，是安全播出的前提和基础。

在硬盘播出系统中，待播出的节目素材以视音频文件形式存储在视频服务器，而播出就是对节目素材文件进行解码的过程。节目素材文件是否合格会直接影响到电视播出信号的质量，甚至会给安全播出埋下隐患，为保证播出安全，必须对节目素材进行审核，确认其是否符合播出系统和安全播出的要求。……
