摘  要：目的  研究分析超声引导穿刺活检对胸膜病变的诊断效果与价值。方法  选取2019年6月～2020年6月内山东省滨州市中心医院接受的进行超声引导胸膜病变穿刺活检的患者50例，所有患者均行超声引导下穿刺活检术，同时以外科手术病理组织学和临床随访结果作为“金标准”。分析超声引导穿刺活检结果以及两种诊断胸膜病变方法的阳性诊出率、诊断准确率情况。结果  结合金标准进行判断，在50例患者当中，阳性患者40例，阴性患者10例。在超声胸膜病变穿刺活检病理诊断当中，阳性患者38例，阴性患者12例，诊断准确度96.00%，灵敏度95.00%，特异度100.00%。其阳性诊出率、诊断准确率与金标准结果相比，差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论  针对胸膜病变检查患者实施超声引导穿刺具有多种优点，术式具有实时、操作简便、无辐射、并发症发生率的特点，同时该检查方式检查准确率较高，能够为临床诊断治疗提供有效的参考信息，具有极高的使用价值。

Abstract： Objective  To study the diagnostic effect and value of ultrasound guided biopsy on pleural lesions.Methods  From June 2019 to June 2020， 50 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided pleural biopsy in our hospital were selected. All patients underwent ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy， and surgical histopathology and clinical follow-up results were taken as the "gold standard". Objective to analyze the results of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy and the positive diagnosis rate and diagnostic accuracy of two methods for pleural lesions.Results  Among 50 patients， 40 were positive and 10 were negative. Among them， 38 cases were positive and 12 cases were negative. The diagnostic accuracy， sensitivity and specificity were 96.00%， 95.00% and 100.00%， respectively. There was no significant difference between the positive diagnosis rate and the gold standard result（P> 0.05）.Conclusion  Ultrasound guided puncture has many advantages for patients with pleural lesions，The procedure has the characteristics of real time，simple operation，no radiation and complication rate，At the same time，the inspection accuracy is high，It can provide effective reference information for clinical diagnosis and treatment，It has high use value.
