基于高精定位的汽车道路试验作业管理应用研究

摘 要:随着试验场内驾驶辅助功能及智能网联汽车测试业务的不断增长,管理员、试验工程师对试验车辆试验过程的监管及试验数据追溯的需求愈发强烈。本文基于5G技术、北斗高精度定位技术及关于汽车道路试验管理信息化、智能化的建设要求,通过将北斗高精度定位终端部署在道路试验车辆上实时获取其高精度位置信息,研究了北斗高精度定位技术在道路试验高精度定位跟踪、试验计划、进度跟踪、统计考核的应用。通过实践证明了该技术在道路试验的应用实效,研究成果将作为一种道路试验的创新運营服务模式推动生产经营和管理模式的变化。

Research on Application of Automobile Road Test Operation Management Based on High-precision Positioning

Abstract:With the continuous growth of driving assistance functions and intelligent connected vehicle testing services in the proving ground, administrators and test engineers have increasingly strong demands for the supervision of the test vehicle test process and the traceability of test data. Based on 5G technology, Beidou high-precision positioning technology, and the construction requirements of informatization and intelligentization of automobile road test management, this paper studies the application of Beidou high-precision positioning terminal in high-precision positioning tracking, test planning, progress tracking, and statistical assessment of road tests by deploying Beidou high-precision positioning terminal on road test vehicles to obtain its high-precision position information in real time. The practical efficiency of the application of this technology in road trials has been proved by practice, and the research results will be used as an innovative operation service model for road trials to promote changes in production, operation and management models.

1 业务需求背景分析
随着汽车工业飞速发展,汽车试验场的信息化、智能化建设也进入了一个全新的时代。为满足各类试验客户对试验作业过程的监管、试验数据采集及记录等方面提出更高的要求,实现对生产过程的精细化管理,汽车试验场作为向汽车企业提供测试道路与测试服务的第三方技术服务平台,也在汽车测试服务能力建设和试验场信息化管理方面的要求不断提高。该系统基于汽车试验场对车辆作业过程进行精细化监控和管理的需求,构建一套“云管端”一体化汽车试验作业管理解决方案。
系统针对目前我国存在的汽车试验场的道路信息、运行状态、试验过程进行一个有效的管理,着重满足开展性能试验,可靠性、耐久性试验车辆作业监控及试验场地内其他车辆的运行管理[1]。……
