机械专业数控技能训练教学模式的研究

摘 要:当前随着数控技术的快速发展和应用,我国传统制造业也迎来的巨大变革,生产方式、产业结构以及产品结构都发生了不同变化,传统机械专业人才培育也迎来全新的挑战与机遇。然而当下中职院校机械专业数控技能训练教学的开展和实施,难以有效满足当前人才培养的新需求,有待进一步创新优化。本文结合机械专业数控技能训练教学的现状展开具体分析和探究,同时结合中职院校机械专业数控技能训练的实际以及社会发展需求等提出有效改善教学质量的新型教学模式,以供参考。

Research on the Teaching Mode of CNC Skill Training for Mechanical Majors

Abstract:With the rapid development and application of CNC technology, my countrys traditional manufacturing industry is also undergoing tremendous changes. Different changes have taken place in production methods, industrial structures, and product structures. The cultivation of traditional machinery professionals is also facing new challenges and opportunity. However, the current development and implementation of CNC skills training and teaching for mechanical majors in secondary vocational colleges are difficult to effectively meet the new needs of current talent training, and further innovation and optimization are needed. This article combines the current situation of mechanical professional numerical control skills training to carry out specific analysis and exploration, and combines the actual situation of mechanical professional numerical control skills training in secondary vocational colleges and the needs of social development to propose a new teaching mode that can effectively improve the teaching quality for reference.

随着社会经济的快速发展,科学技术日新月异的发展变革,传统制造业開始应用现代化制造技术进行生产,数控技术的快速革新和应用也充分促进了现代制造业的快速发展。中职学校的主要人才培养目标就是面向生产一线为企业提供专业技术型人才,当前数控技术的快速发展变革,技术和工艺的进一步创新优化,教学课时的压缩受限,中职学校必须积极科学地优化教学规划,有效强化技能训练课程的占比,提升人才技能实操能力,为现代社会输送更多高素质专业型的优秀技术人才。想要充分实现这一目标,中职学校必须积极打破传统的数控技能训练教学模式,重视教学的实用性,提升教学的灵活性。
