摘 要：随着我国经济的飞速发展，人们的生活水平以及生活质量也在随之提高。然而随着人们在生活品质不断提高的同时，市场的人才要求也在随着人们的消费需求呈现着个性化以及多样化的发展趋势。因而各职业院校当下必须重视对于教材的开发，以便能够培养出更加符合社会发展需要的人才。“1+x”证书制度是当下国家大力推行以及职业院校对于行业人才培养所采用的一种模式。因此，本文基于“1+x”证书制度，以职业院校作为主要的讨论对象，探讨“三教”改革背景下职业院校的教材开发模式。

Discussion on the Development of Modular Teaching Materials based on the“1+X”Certificate System under the Background of the “Three Educations” Reform

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy， people's living standards and quality of life are also improving. However， as people's quality of life continues to improve， the market's talent requirements are also showing a trend of individualization and diversification along with people's consumer needs. Therefore， vocational colleges must pay attention to the development of teaching materials， so as to be able to cultivate talents that are more in line with the needs of social development. The “1+x” certificate system is a mode that the country vigorously promotes and vocational colleges adopt for the training of industry talents. Therefore， this article is based on the “1+x” certificate system， with vocational colleges as the main object of discussion， and explores the teaching material development model of vocational colleges under the background of the “three education” reform.

“三教”主要指的是对于职业院校的“教师、教材、教法”的改革。而“1+X”证书制度是当下国家对于各院校在教育事业以及人才培养上大力提倡并推广的一种证书制度，“1+X”证书制度对于当下各院校的人才培养具有着发挥着重要作用，其主要指：“一本学历证书加上一本或者以上的职业技能等级证书”[1]。如果职业院校能够把“1+X”证书制度与三教改革，尤其是“三教”改革中的“教材改革”不断通过教学实践使二者相互融合，对于职业院校培养社会发展所需要的技能人才同样具有着重要的意义。因此，当下基于“1+x”证书制度来探讨“三教”改革背景下教材开发模式对于职业院校当下的教育发展与人才的培养是非常必要的。
