摘 要：职业教育改革的深入推进，对高职汽车制造专业教学的有效性提出了更高要求。教师应当加强教学理念与模式的转变，将工匠精神培养观察到专业教学全程，切实强化学生的理论实践能力，为我国储备工匠人才做出突出贡献。本文主要对高职汽车制造专业学生工匠精神的培养进行阐述，分析工匠精神的内涵与培养的重要意义，提出培养建设性意见，希望对高职汽车制造专业的建设水平起到积极参照作用。

Practical Discussion on Cultivating the Craftsman Spirit of the Students Majoring in Automobile Manufacturing

Abstract：The in-depth advancement of the reform of vocational education puts forward higher requirements for the effectiveness of the teaching of automobile manufacturing in higher vocational schools. Teachers should strengthen the transformation of teaching concepts and models， observe the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit throughout the professional teaching process， effectively strengthen students' theoretical and practical capabilities， and make outstanding contributions to the reserve of craftsman talents in our country. This article mainly elaborates on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the students majoring in automobile manufacturing in higher vocational colleges， analyzes the connotation and significance of the spirit of craftsmanship， and puts forward constructive suggestions for training， hoping to provide a positive reference for the construction level of the automobile manufacturing profession in higher vocational schools.

我國汽车制造业正处于转型升级的关键阶段，对技能型人才更加缺乏，同时对汽车制造专业人员的知识技能水平提出了更高要求。高职院校是向社会培育输送技能型人才的重要场所，相对于知识技能传授，更应当注重汽车制造专业学生核心素养的提升，以提高毕业生的核心竞争力与社会适应能力。因此需在专业教学中渗透工匠精神的教育，以有效落实三维教学目标，切实满足产业与企业对人才能力的要求。

1 工匠精神概述

工匠精神在传承技艺精湛等优秀传统文化的同时，在现代信息化时代中，又赋予了其敬业、进取、责任等新的内涵，使其更符合技能型人才的培养要求。因此，如何将工匠精神教育渗透到高职汽车制造专业教学中，加速职业教育改革的进程，成为了高职院校助推职业教育紧跟新时代发展步伐急需解决的问题。……
