摘 要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展，信息化教学已然成为当下职业教育教学过程中最常使用的手段，而在此过程中，教师无疑是核心，教师的信息化教学能力越强，教学效果就会越好，学生收获就会越多。如何提升教师信息化教学能力则变得越来越重要，但当前并没有一套完备的职业院校教师信息化教学能力评价指标可供教师参考，很多教师不清楚信息化教学需要具备哪些能力，且没有参照物的对比他们无法发现自身的不足，这就让教师提高自身的信息化教学能力变得越发困难了，本研究主要是依据《教育信息化2.0行动计划》和现代化教育教学理论来构建教育信息化 2.0 背景下职业院校教师信息化教学能力评价指标。

Research on the Construction of Evaluation Indexes of Teachers' Informatization Teaching Ability in Vocational Colleges under the Background of Education Informatization 2.0

Abstract：With the rapid development of information technology， information-based teaching has become the most commonly used method in the current vocational education teaching process. In this process， teachers are undoubtedly the core. The stronger the teacher's information-based teaching ability， the better the teaching effect. The better， the more students will gain. How to improve teachers' informatization teaching ability is becoming more and more important. However， there is currently no complete set of vocational college teachers' informatization teaching ability evaluation indicators for teachers to refer to. Many teachers do not know what abilities are required for informatization teaching. Moreover， they cannot find their own shortcomings without the comparison of reference objects， which makes it more difficult for teachers to improve their own informatization teaching ability. This research is mainly based on the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" and modern education and teaching theories. In the context of education informatization 2.0， it is an evaluation index for teachers' informatization teaching ability in vocational colleges.

教育信息化2.0的时代已经到来，它的到来标志着教育资源观、技术素养观、教育技术观、发展动力观、教育治理水平、思维类型观都已发生转变，这对职业院校的教师来说，既是机遇又是挑战，在当前的变革下，职业院校教师如何适应教育信息化2.0时代的教学变得尤为重要了，因此，构建教育信息化2.0背景下职业院校教师信息化教学能力评价指标是势在必行的。
