摘 要：在我国的汽车产业存在一系列的发展问题，在能源短缺以及环境污染的背景下，为了进一步实现可持续发展，需要对汽车产业进行升级改造，通过研发低油耗、低排放的汽车产品，保障汽车的强度以及安全性能，促进汽车的动力性能，降低燃料的消耗，实现空气污染减少的现象。基于此，文章对汽车轻量化技术应用分析，做一个简单的分析与讨论。

Abstract：There are a series of development problems in China's automobile industry. In the context of energy shortage and environmental pollution， to further realize sustainable development， it is necessary to upgrade and transform the automobile industry through the research and development of low fuel consumption and low emission automobile products， to ensure the strength and safety performance of the car， promote the power performance of the car， reduce fuel consumption， and realize the phenomenon of reducing air pollution. Based on this， the article makes a simple analysis and discussion on the application analysis of automobile lightweight technology.

在当今时代，轻量化技术已经成为各个汽车企业提升市场竞争力的一大关键因素，为此各大厂家纷纷投身至轻量化技术的研究之中。轻量化技术的应用能够有效提升汽车的性能，提高系统的智能化，进而对机械设备进行操控，推动汽车厂工业的发展，让汽车厂工业实现性能的优化升级，促进智能化的发展，顺应未来的发展趋势。

1 汽车轻量化技术应用的背景

汽车轻量化在世界汽车产业中有一个普遍的定义，它具体指的是在明确汽车使用要求、驾驶安全、成本控制的情况下，采用轻量化技术实现材料以及制造工艺的整合，进而促进整个车身实现轻量化。在进行汽车轻量化的过程中，需要对整体进行控制，及时制定汽车的成本控制目标，对汽车的整体安全性进行调节控制。汽车的轻量化技术不单单指的是降低汽车的质量，它是一个综合性的内容，它关系到了汽车整体的安全性能，为此我们需要考虑汽车产品经济的合理性，保障消费者可以接受的价格范畴，依据消费者的心理特征，做好下一步的决定。……
