摘 要：近几年，我国工业生产的水平在不断提升，起重机的作用日益凸显且应用范围不断扩大。在实际生产的过程中，桥门式起重机属于比较常用的一种，为了确保使用的安全稳定，需要做好起重机的检验工作。但在实际检验的过程中，仍旧有很多问题存在。本文主要针对检验中存在的问题进行了阐述和分析，并且提出了问题的解决对策。

Analysis of the Problems and Measures in the Inspection of Bridge Gantry Cranes

Abstract：In recent years， the level of industrial production in China has been continuously improved， the role of cranes has become increasingly prominent and the scope of application has continued to expand. In the actual production process， the bridge gantry crane is one of the more commonly used ones. To ensure the safety and stability of use， it is necessary to do a good job in the inspection of the crane. But in the actual inspection process， there are still many problems. This article mainly elaborates and analyzes the problems in the inspection， and puts forward the solutions to the problems.

在工业生产的过程中，桥门式起重机发挥着十分重要的作用。在桥门式起重机应用的过程中，为了确保机械应用的效率和安全，必须做好检验工作。主要对机械部分和电气系统进行检验，了解机械是否存在问题，要对比各项检验方法，采用行之有效的方法。机械检验主要对主梁跨中上拱度进行检验，通过垫架将主梁垫平，然后进行相应的检验。电气系统检验主要对接地电阻进行检验，严格监测完成保护、重复接地的工作，确保载流性能，使设备可以安全稳定的运行。

1 桥门式起重机概述

桥式和门式起重机都是比较常见和常用的起重机类型，在运行的过程中，在起重小车、臂架上悬挂货物，利用机械结构进行起重和搬运。桥式起重机主要应用在仓库、车间等区域，在空中吊运货物，包括桥架、小车、起重机构等多个组成部分。门式起重机的结构和桥式起重机的结构相似，该起重机主要在露天场地中使用，尤其在港口码头中的应用比较广泛。与桥式起重机相比，门式起重机增加了支腿部件。……
