摘 要：为贯彻落实中央省市全面打赢脱贫攻坚战的总体要求，广汽零部件有限公司（以下简称“广汽部件”）承接广汽集团产业帮扶梅州任务，在广州〈梅州〉产业转移工业园集中建设汽车零部件产业园，创新形成“快、稳、准”的产业帮扶方式，从而弥补传统帮扶模式的短板，有力推动梅州产业帮扶任务取得良好成效。

Research on the Innovation of Industrial Assistance Methods

——Take GAC Parts Meizhou Industrial Park as an example

Abstract：In order to implement the overall requirements of the central provinces and cities to win the war against poverty in an all-round way， GAC Parts Co.， Ltd. （hereinafter referred to as "GAC Parts"） undertook the task of assisting Meizhou by GAC Group， and constructed the auto parts industrial park in Guangzhou （Meizhou） Industrial Transfer Industrial Park. The innovation has helped the development of a "fast， stable and accurate" industrial assistance method， which makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional assistance model， and effectively promotes the Meizhou industry assistance task to achieve good results.

1 扶贫工作和产业帮扶的时代意义

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央把脱贫攻坚工作纳入“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局，作为2020年全面建成小康社会、实现第一个百年奋斗目标的重点任务，全面打响脱贫攻坚战。

为贯彻落实党的十八大和习近平总书记视察广东的重要讲话精神，确保全省实现“三个定位、两个率先”的目标，广东省委省政府出台了《关于进一步促进粤东西北地区振兴发展的决定》，明确提出广州市对口帮扶梅州的要求。经过多次调研，广州市委市政府提出，广汽集团在广梅产业转移工作园中设立广汽零部件产业园，以总部辐射拉动梅州汽车产业发展思路，推进“3+3+3”帮扶模式，连续三年每年确保三个项目落户园区，争取促进至少1个3到5亿元项目落地。广汽部件作为广汽集团的重要零部件企业，承接广汽集团产业帮扶梅州任务，在广州〈梅州〉产业转移工业园集中建设汽车零部件产业园。

2 广汽部件梅州产业帮扶的基本情况
