车内控制器的复杂性对任务性能影响研究

摘 要:车辆的智能功能导致控制界面的复杂性提升,文章旨在建立一种评估车内控制器复杂性的模型,并探讨复杂性与任务绩效之间的关系。研究框架通过三个复杂维度(功能、行为、结构)和控制器相关变量组成,通过10辆车和 91名參与者进行了用户实验,用回归分析方法检验测量变量与感知控制器复杂度之间的关系,结果证明两者之间存在相关性。功能维度变量的增加导致感知复杂性水平的增加,而行为维度变量不是统计上显著的预测因子。结构变量根据变量的特征表现出不同的结果。实验结果表明,任务性能与感知的复杂性水平呈负相关,同时满意度随着复杂性的增加而降低,并为管理车内控制器的复杂性提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The intelligent function of the vehicle leads to the increase of the complexity of the control interface. This paper aims to build a model to evaluate the complexity of the controller in the vehicle and explore the relationship between complexity and task performance. The research framework is composed of three complex dimensions (function, behavior, structure) and controller related variables, and user experiments are carried out by 10 cars and 91 participants. Regression analysis method is used to test the relationship between measurement variables and perceived controller complexity, and the results show that there is a correlation between them. The increase of functional dimension variables leads to the increase of perceived complexity, while behavioral dimension variables are not statistically significant predictors. Structural variables show different results according to their characteristics. The experimental results show that the task performance is negatively correlated with the perceived complexity level, and the satisfaction decreases with the increase of complexity, which provides a theoretical basis for the management of the complexity of the controller in the vehicle.

由于信息和网络技术的发展,车辆系统已经变得足够智能,为驾驶员提供许多方便的功能,如车载信息系统等,虽然各种智能功能为驾驶员提供了驾驶的方便,但也有明显的缺点,比如车载界面越来越复杂[1]。特别是,许多物理控制器和接口组件被用于操作车载信息系统,导致对驾驶员执行驾驶和非驾驶相关任务的认知需求增加。这一现象必然会对驾驶性能产生负面影响。虽然以证明增加复杂性会对驾驶安全产生负面影响,但很少有研究来评估控制器的复杂性。……
