摘 要：随着社会城市化发展进程的不断加快，绿色可持续发展逐渐成为促进各行业长效发展的大方向。文中以建筑材料资源可循环利用该问题展开研究，分析了建筑材料资源的可循环利用必要性与现状，总结提出建筑材料资源可循环利用策略，包括提升资源利用效率、合理选择建筑材料废弃物资源利用设备、加强建筑废弃材料管控降低污染，制作混凝土骨料、生产砌块骨料，还可以设计不规则艺术作品等，推进建筑行业绿色发展的同时，也促进整个社会和谐良性可持续发展。

Abstract：With the continuous acceleration of the development of social urbanization， green sustainable development has gradually become the general direction to promote the long-term development of various industries. In this paper， the research on the issue of the recycling of building materials resources is carried out， the necessity and current situation of the recycling use of building materials resources are analyzed， and the strategies for recycling use of building materials resources are summarized， including improving the efficiency of resource utilization， rationally selecting construction material waste resource utilization equipment， strengthen the management and control of waste building materials to reduce pollution， make concrete aggregates， produce block aggregates， and design irregular art works. While promoting the green development of the construction industry， it also promotes the harmonious and sustainable development of the entire society.

对建筑材料进行二次利用，作为现代化社会发展建筑行业所面临的主要問题，工程项目负责人员需要将目前单一规模型、土地本位的传统资源开发模式成功转变，要在追求更高效率的建筑建设进度基础上，还要全面考量建筑活动的每一个细节问题，保证综合提高工程建设整体质量水平，最大化降低建设项目的成本投入，获取更高经济收益[1]。自《城市房屋拆迁管理和废旧料使用条例》颁布后[2]，其中有关条例便命令规定了建筑材料资源要做到最大限度的可循环利用，改变粗放型为精细化建筑资源再利用模式。经了解建筑工程的如今发展每年都要耗费大量建筑材料资源，高达50t以上，高消耗量的建筑材料资源会间接产生煤炭和其资源，以及产生……
