摘 要：随着化工行业的不断发展，在保证化工生产效率和质量的同时，还需要具有更好的安全性和节能环保性。化工工艺和化工设备作为化工生产中的软件和硬件，具有不可忽略的重要性意义。如果化工工业和化工设备具有很好的适应性，在很大程度上能够提高化工生产的综合性能。所以文章将主要研究化工工艺和设备适应性设计，通过对两者进行适应性设计，不仅能够对化工工艺和化工设备进行改进，而且能够从总体上增强化工生产效果，使得化工行业最大限度满足社会发展需求。

Abstract：With the continuous development of the chemical industry， while ensuring the efficiency and quality of chemical production， it also needs to have better safety， energy conservation and environmental protection. As the software and hardware in chemical production， chemical process and chemical equipment are of great importance. If the chemical industry and chemical equipment have good adaptability， the overall performance of chemical production can be improved to a large extent. Therefore， this paper will mainly study the adaptive design of chemical process and equipment. Through adaptive design of both， not only can the chemical process and chemical equipment be improved， but also the overall effect of chemical production can be enhanced， so that the chemical industry can meet the needs of social development to the maximum extent.

在化工生產中设备和工艺相当于其硬件和软件，在化工中具有非常重要的意义，任何一方的不足都会影响到另一方的发展，所以需要对化工工艺和化工设备进行综合分析，使其具有很好的适应性，化工生产才具有更大的价值，才能保障生产的效率和质量[1-2]。然而在实际的化工生产中，因为化工原料的变化，对工艺有着更高的要求，当有更高的生产工艺之后，一般的生产设备将无法满足工艺要求，需要对化工设备进行改进和提升，往往在这个相互配合中无法达到很好的适应性，从而影响到化工生产的效率和质量。造成化工工艺和设备之间不协调的因素比较多，其中最主要、最重要的因素就是化工工艺和设备的设计上存在问题，由于设计上的不合理，或者因为工作人员的疏忽导致设计出现问题，就会严重影响到化工工艺和设备之间的配合度。……
