基于SEBF涂装技术的粘纤生产设备腐蚀防护方法

摘 要:针对粘纤生产设备在工作过程中会受到温湿度环境的影响,导致粘纤生产设备出现了大面积的腐蚀现象,为了避免粘纤生产设备出现大面积腐蚀,提出了基于SEBF涂装技术的粘纤生产设备腐蚀防护方法。根据SEBF系列的防腐涂料的性质,设计了SEBF涂装工艺流程,通过分析粘纤生产设备SEBF涂装的具体步骤,完成了粘纤生产设备的SEBF涂装,利用粘纤生产设备腐蚀涉及到的概率分布,分析处理了粘纤生产设备腐蚀数据,通过Gembel分布的表达式,建立了粘纤生产设备腐蚀的密度函数,结合逆转周期与积分概率位置之间的关系,建立了粘纤生产设备腐蚀评估模型,利用数值方法求解了牺牲阳极阴极保护法的状态方程,根据牺牲阳极保护方法的特点,对粘纤生产设备腐蚀防护进行了有限元计算,实现了粘纤生产设备腐蚀的防护。实验结果表明,基于SEBF涂装技术的粘纤生产设备腐蚀防护方法在最长工作时间、工作效率和维修成本3个方面,都具有较高的性能,可以避免粘纤生产设备出现大面积腐蚀。

Abstract:The viscose production equipment will be affected by the temperature and humidity environment in the working process, which leads to the large area corrosion phenomenon of viscose production equipment. In order to avoid large area corrosion of viscose production equipment, a corrosion protection method of viscose production equipment based on SEBF coating technology is proposed. According to the properties of SEBF series anti-corrosion coatings, the SEBF coating process was designed. Through analyzing the specific steps of SEBF coating of viscose production equipment, SEBF coating of viscose production equipment was completed. The corrosion data of viscose production equipment was analyzed and processed by using the probability distribution involved in the corrosion of viscose production equipment. Through the expression of Gembel distribution, the density function of the corrosion of viscose fiber production equipment is established, combined with the relationship between the reversal period and the position of the integral probability, the corrosion evaluation model of viscose fiber production equipment is established, the equation of state of the sacrificial anode cathodic protection method is solved by numerical methods. According to the characteristics of sacrificial anode protection method, the corrosion protection of viscose fiber production equipment is calculated by finite element method, and the corrosion protection of viscose fiber production equipment is realized. The experimental results show that the corrosion protection method of viscose fiber production equipment based on SEBF coating technology has high performance in three aspects of longest working time, work efficiency and maintenance cost, which can avoid large area corrosion of viscose production equipment.
