电力通信光缆网健康状态数据清查方案研究

摘 要:随着社会需求的增加,电力光缆网络规模持续扩大,网络层次和结构也越来越复杂,为电力通信光缆网健康状态维护工作带来了一定的挑战。常规的光缆网巡检维护只是在出现网络问题以后才展开事故排查,这种盲目的巡视管理模式效率低下,无法保证通信业务运行的稳定性。因此,文章基于不确定层次分析法,以影响光缆网健康状态的资源数据、环境数据、性能数据作为评估指标,通过量化处理和权重计算形成融合性的健康度模型,实现电力光缆网的健康度评估,并根据健康度制定光缆网的状态检修方案,优化了电力光缆网络健康状态的监管模式。

Abstract:With the increase of social demand, the scale of power cable network continues to expand, and the network hierarchy and structure are becoming more and more complex, which brings certain challenges to the health maintenance of power communication cable network. The routine inspection and maintenance of optical cable network can only conduct troubleshooting after network problems occur. This blind inspection management mode is inefficient and cannot guarantee the stability of communication business operation. Therefore, based on the uncertain analytic hierarchy process, this paper takes the resource data, environmental data and performance data that affect the health status of the optical cable network as the evaluation index, forms the integrated health model through quantitative processing and weight calculation, realizes the health evaluation of the optical cable network, and develops the status maintenance plan of the optical cable network according to the health status, optimizes the supervision mode of the power optical cable network health state.

在电力光纜网络规模日益扩大、网络结构愈加复杂的情况下,光缆网中需要控制和监测的信息量更加繁多,为光缆网运行健康状态的实时监控带来了一定的难度,不利于快速准确的完成光缆故障判断 [1]。由于常规的光缆线路一般使用架空方式,外界因素容易对其造成影响而生产故障[2]。因此,可以通过结合性能监测数据、资源数据与外部环境数据,设计一种光缆网健康状态数据清查方案,实现综合数据挖掘分析,输出光缆的综合健康度,以此作为光缆巡视计划依据,可有效提高光缆检修效率,节省人力劳动成本和相关投资费用。根据上……
